Product Pricing and Offers:
We reserve the right to change product prices and offers without notice. We will not be liable to any third party for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of products or offers.

Billing and Account Information:
As a buyer, you must provide us with your complete and accurate billing and account information with each order. Customers cannot register multiple accounts with one phone number or email address or account information. If you are able to do so, you will not be able to receive more than one of our offers, discounts, or coupons and the submitted order may be canceled.

Order Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order if you wish, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately on our Facebook page. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy after receiving the items.

Shipping Policy:
We have partnered with various delivery companies to ensure timely delivery of your ordered products. They usually deliver within 3-5 days. However, delivery times may vary due to reasonable reasons.

Replacement Warranty Policy:
In any case, you will get a replacement, mainly if the product is damaged during manufacturing or delivery. If we do not have enough product for a replacement, it may take longer to receive the replacement or we may issue a refund.

একজন ক্রেতা হিসেবে প্রতিটা অর্ডারে আপনাকে আপনার সম্পূর্ন সঠিক বিলিং এবং একাউন্ট ইনফরমেশন আমাদেরকে প্রদান করতে হবে। একটা ফোন নাম্বার বা মেইল এড্রেস অথবা একাউন্ট ইনফরমেশন দিয়ে কাস্টমার একাধিক একাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে পারবেনা। যদি কোনভাবে করতে সক্ষমও হন আমাদের অফার, ডিস্কাউন্ট, কিংবা কুপন একের অধিক নিতে পারবেন না এবং সাবমিট করা অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল হতে পারে।

অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল পলিসি:
আপনার করা অর্ডার চাইলে আপনি বাতিল করতে পারেন, তবে শর্ত থাকে যে অর্ডারটি ইতিমধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াজাত বা পাঠানো হয়নি। অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চাইলে, অনুগ্রহ করে অবিলম্বে আমাদের ফেইসবুক পেজে যোগাযোগ করুন। যদি অর্ডারটি ইতিমধ্যে পাঠানো হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আইটেমগুলি পাওয়ার পরে আপনাকে আমাদের ফেরত নীতি অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

শিপিং পলিসি:
আমাদের কাছে অর্ডার করা আপনার পণ্যটি যথাসময়ে পৌঁছে দেওয়ার জন্য আমরা বিভিন্ন ডেলিভারি কোম্পানি এর সাথে যুক্ত আছি। সাধারণত তারা ৩-৫ দিনের ভিতরে পণ্য ডেলিভার করে থাকে। তবে, যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণে ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি:
যে যে ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পাবেন, মূলত ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি বা ডেলিভারি এর সময় প্রোডাক্টটি ড্যামেজ হয়ে থাকলে। যদি আমাদের কাছে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট এর জন্য পর্যাপ্ত প্রোডাক্ট না থাকে, তাহলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পেতে একটু বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে বা রিফান্ড করে দিতে পারি।
